• When our rider delivers your order, you must check all items on the spot at your doorstep.
• If any product is damaged, incorrect, or not up to your satisfaction, please return it to the rider immediately.
• The amount for the returned item will be deducted from your total bill right then and there.

No Later Returns

• Once the rider leaves your doorstep, no return or refund requests will be entertained via call or messages.
• This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and freshness of our grocery, meat, and pharmacy products.
